Scalp Micropigmentation

What is Scalp Micropigmentation (smp)

Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is an innovative procedure designed to give the look of a full head of hair without surgery. It is safe and the results are natural-looking. Each impression resembles an individual hair follicle. The effect of this procedure is so realistic, low-maintenance, and attractive that many people are choosing it even before they begin to experience thinning hair or baldness.

What is smp used for?

It is a common misconception that SMP is only used to treat hair loss and balding. In fact, there are many uses for the procedure.
• Thicken the Appearance of Hair
Even though some people have not lost their hair, they would prefer that their hair is thicker. Thus, making it appear that they have a fuller head of hair. SMP can provide that look whether a person has short hair, long hair, or thinning hair.
• Add Definition to the Hairline
In addition to being able to restore a front hairline for full or partially bald heads, SMP can increase the definition of full front, side, and rear hairlines. For those that prefer a shaved-head look, SMP can provide that look in addition to the look of a buzz cut.
• Cosmetic Correction
SMP is very effective at hiding scars and other skin defects. This includes scars from previous surgical procedures, accidents, burns, and birthmarks. Also, it can be used to hide bald patches that appear after shaving the head and for fixing botched hair loss procedures.

who is it suitable for?

Androgenic Alopecia with SMPSMP male scalp micropigmentationSMP Is NOT Just For Men!…

Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) is a common form of hair loss in both men and women. Approximately 50% of the population will experience AGA to some degree.
In women, the hairline does not recede, in fact it is left reasonably intact. The thinning begins on top as the part area widens. Women rarely end in total baldness.
AGA in women is measured by the Ludwig scale or the Sinclair scale. It usually occurs after menopause when the protective actions of estrogen diminishes.

Hair Restoration treatments - Microneedling

What is microneedling?

Micro-Needling is a dermatological procedure that involves piercing the dermis of the scalp with very tiny needles to stimulate elastin and collagen production. This in turn causes a ‘healing reaction’. Growth factors are released to promote healing, and thus, encourage new hair to grow.

We use a rich serum that contains a unique combination of active ingredients specially designed to maintain scalp vitality. It also acts on follicle dysfunctions in order to achieve good anti hair loss results and improve the quality of your hair. The first sign of results are often seen between 4 – 6 weeks.
